If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email sales@urbnground.com or send us a message on Whatsapp: + (961) 81 991 998. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

An item I want is sold out. When will it become available again?

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. You can click the ‘size sold out?’ link on the product page and sign up to receive restock notifications. You can also reach out to us at info@urbnground.com for more information.

How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?

 You can also stay updated with our latest releases by signing up for our newsletter or by following us on social media.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

Please email us at info@urbnground.com as soon as you receive your order.

How do I care for the items that I purchased?

Please wash at a cold setting (below 30°C). Iron at a low temperature inside out, and do not tumble dry your garments as written on the back of our Thank you Card. 

How do I exchange an item from my order?

To issue an exchange please email us at ray@urbnground.com, we will inform you on further steps to completing the exchange.

Do you accept returns?

We do except returns, please email us at ray@urbnground.com to start a return.
